This Blog An Explanation

This was originally a blog I set up on health, but it seemed to make sense to change the name to a more appropiate revision, and in that statement I mean to say that it's reason for existing is so that those who are my regular readers of what was rlmarr.blogspot.com can now be forwarded to the correct blog which is now officially yourhealth2k9.blogspot.com, there was no reason to set as a spam blog, specifically, to insure my regular readers can find the new blog via this blog.
